Lowe Hardware’s first product, the #2001 mortise latch for cabinet doors with a minimum thickness of ¾”. A rectangular block of solid brass is CNC machined resulting in an accurate latch body with 1/8” faceplate thickness and square flange ends. Cam and latch tongue are precision machined and assembled with stainless steel screws and a custom made stainless spring to provide the smoothest of action. Available in custom and standard backsets starting at ¾” and up. Any of our yacht quality electroplated or patinated finishes available. One inch backset is illustrated.
